1. Our Commitment
We do not tolerate:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind.
- The grooming or solicitation of minors.
- Any form of sexual or exploitative content involving children.
- Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate interactions with minors.
- Any content that endangers or exploits children in any way.
Any violation of these standards will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you come across any content or activity on PlaceWeLive that you believe may involve the sexual exploitation or abuse of children, please report it immediately.

Placewelive allows users to report child safety concerns in-app. You can report concerning posts, comments, or user profiles directly within the app using the "Report" feature. All child safety reports receive the highest priority and are reviewed promptly.

- A brief description of the issue.
- Screenshots or links to the relevant content, if available.

Our team reviews and prioritizes all child safety-related reports. For urgent situations involving immediate danger to a child, please contact local law enforcement first, then report to us.
3. Our Response Process
All reports are reviewed promptly by trained members of our moderation team. When we identify or receive reports of child safety concerns:
- Confirmed CSAM will be removed immediately and the account will be suspended.
- We conduct a thorough investigation, preserving evidence in accordance with legal requirements.
- We will report verified cases to relevant law enforcement and child protection agencies in accordance with applicable laws.
- We preserve all relevant evidence and information for law enforcement investigations.
- We take additional security measures, including blocking related accounts and implementing enhanced detection.
4. Legal Compliance
PlaceWeLive complies with all relevant child safety and online protection laws, including:
- Reporting obligations to national and regional authorities as required (e.g., NCMEC in the United States, IWF in the UK, and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions).
- Data preservation requirements for law enforcement investigations.
- Cooperation with lawful requests from law enforcement and judicial authorities.
- Compliance with platform policies (Google Play, Apple App Store) regarding child safety.
PlaceWeLive complies with all relevant child safety laws and reports to regional and national authorities. We report confirmed CSAE content to the appropriate authorities immediately, as required by law.
